Pfizer COVID Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting Website.

In August 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, here at TCS interactive we conducted a virtual design thinking workshop with Pfizer's drug safety team, HCPs, and patients to design the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 VACCINE adverse event reporting website by utilising the findings and insights received in the workshop.

Usability Testing Report

Conducted usability testing on Pfizer's corporate and product website. I created the task scripts. Furthermore, the test was conducted with 5 participants. The test was recorded through the GazePoint eye tracking device.
